Help, I Am Locked Out Of My Website
If you have security software installed on your website which automatically locks you out after several incorrect attempts to login, you may sometimes find yourself locked out of your own website.
Firstly, please wait 60 minutes and try logging in again with the correct information.
If you do not think you have the correct login information, please use the forgotten password link to reset your password – this will send an email to the registered address with a ‘change password’ link.
If you have tried both of these and are still having an issue, please submit a support ticket.
